Alessia is delighted to have won the best lecture (runner-up) award at the SoP Research Day and expresses that the best part was sharing the achievement with her great friend Nidhi Seegobin: “There is never a moment when we stop encouraging each other to aim for the best in ourselves and our work, and this was another wonderful proof of our complicity”.
